Welcome to Luton Sword Club
LSC is a friendly fencing club suitable for all levels of fencing from beginners to competitive veterans.
We cater for all three weapons; Foil, Épée and Sabre, so if you are a beginner, or a fencer of many years experience, you will always receive a warm welcome at our club.
Luton Sword Club was established in 1976.
Based in Houghton Regis at the leisure centre, the club caters for all ages from 10, meeting on Tuesday evenings (school term times only).
Juniors (10-16) 7pm - 8.30pm - Seniors 8.00pm-10.00pm.

Prices
The club has an annual fee of £180 for juniors (U16) and £280 for Adults (School term dates approx 40 weeks) from the date of joining and can be paid in one or by instalments at the start of each ten week term.
Each 10 week Term costs £45 (U16) £70.00 Adults
Visitors fee £8.50
Beginners Course

LSC run beginners courses throughout the year.
Each course lasts 6 weeks and is designed to take the absolute beginner up to a safe and competent standard that will allow them to integrate into the club.
Upon completion of the course the next two weeks are free, for free lessons, or joining in and fencing on the electric piste.
The course is suitable for both seniors (over 16) and juniors (10-16).
All equipment is provided during the course.

NOTE: All fencers at Luton Sword Club are required to become members of British Fencing for insurance and administrative purposes. There are five levels of membership available. – For new people starting, or who have recently started beginner’s a course there is the Introduction level. This is FREE for the first 90 days.
